1. Making sure that you are ready on time will give the photographer enough time to get the best possible shots prior to the wedding ceremony. The more time you give your photographer, the higher quality memorable photos you will have.
2. Practicing posing for your wedding photos is very helpful for the photographer and your own comfort. If you are uneasy about how you think you may look when you are posing your facial expression will show it. It helps to practice in a mirror or have a friend take a fun photoshoot of you. Check out these posing tips here.
3. Designating a person to help coordinate group photos is very helpful. The photographer is responsible for taking a number of formal pictures and having someone such as the wedding planner help gather the family helps make everything very efficient.
Part 4 is the reception where detail shots of the room before people have arrived are taken and then shots of everyones arrival are taken. The rest of the reception will be documented similarly to the ceremony focusing mainly on special events such as the first dance, toasts, the party, and cake cutting.
Part 2 begins at the start of the ceremony. This will simply be a series of photojournalistic shots taken of the ceremony. There will be two photographers taking photos and a GoPro set up to take a video of the ceremony.

We had a fantastic beach wedding with Tyler and Cody at Ft. Fisher. The impending rain held off just long enough for them to get married, and then had a beautiful sunset for the reception at Bluewater. What a great group of people! congratulations guys.
Candy and I had an opportunity to shoot a wedding for Blake and Kristen at Poplar Grove Plantation last night. the weather was beautiful, and the backdrop of the old barn during the ceremony was amazing. Congrats guys!
